Callisto Capital is an Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) fund. This means that we are registered with the AFM under the AIFMD regime; however, Callisto Capital is not required to submit a prospectus to the AFM.
The Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated on the first business day of each month. On this day, all subscriptions, deposits, and/or withdrawals take place.
Investing in a crypto fund involves costs. These costs are completely transparent. As fund manager we charge two fees: the management fee and the performance fee. In addition, the fund bears administration costs, which are settled at fund level.
The management fee amounts to 2% per year and is settled monthly at the NAV moment.
As of 1 August 2026 the performance fee follows a tiered schedule based on each participant's total investment; the percentages are shown in the table. This fee is calculated monthly on returns and is only charged once a new high watermark is reached.
