This client portal has been developed by our independent fund administrator, AssetCare, and will soon provide real-time updates as well. Callisto Capital is an Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) fund. This means that we are registered with the AFM under the AIFMD regime; however, Callisto Capital is not required to submit a prospectus to the AFM.
The Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated on the first business day of each month. On this day, all subscriptions, deposits, and/or withdrawals take place.
Investing in a crypto fund involves costs. These costs are completely transparent. We use only two types of fees: the Management Fee and the Performance Fee.
The management fee is an annual percentage that is charged monthly during the NAV calculation.
The performance fee is charged monthly based on the returns and is also calculated during the NAV moment. (This fee is only charged when a new high watermark is reached.)
